Brian Helm has been sentenced to 28 years in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of Dustin Allen Graham. Helm admitted to shooting Graham during an attempted robbery in November 2024 after blocking the victim’s vehicle in a parking lot on Jules Street. He will serve consecutive terms for the charges, following the conviction of a co-defendant who pleaded guilty to involvement in the robbery last year.
