Downtown Maryville kicks off its market season with the Spring Into Fun festival on Saturday, May 9, from noon to 5:00 p.m. on the Courthouse Square, featuring over 80 vendors, live music, a vintage contest, and the 2nd Annual Car Show.
MARYVILLE, MO- Downtown Maryville is pleased to announce the return of Spring Into Fun, to be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from noon to 5:00 p.m. on the Nodaway County Courthouse Square. This annual event serves as the official opening of the Downtown Maryville Market season and highlights the talents of local growers, artisans, and entrepreneurs.
The 2026 event will feature more than 80 vendors offering homemade and homegrown products, family-friendly games and activities, a variety of food trucks, and live music performances. Live music performances will include regional artists such as Tryce Floyd, Curtis Wayne Stroud, Makenzie
Honeycutt, John Mackey, and Creeker, providing entertainment for all ages. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and enjoy the performances in a relaxed, community-focused atmosphere.
The event will also feature the 2nd Annual Car Show, with awards presented at 4:00 p.m., including Best of Show, People’s Choice, and Best Car/Truck. In addition, the Miss Ville Classic Vintage Girl Contest will begin at 3:00 p.m., adding a fun and nostalgic element to the day’s festivities.
Now recognized as a cornerstone of the community’s spring calendar, Spring into Fun continues to grow in popularity. Last year’s event welcomed more than 1,800 attendees, reflecting strong regional interest in locally produced goods and downtown revitalization efforts.
