Clarinda Library to Host Final Legislative Briefing of 2026

Join State Senator Tom Shipley and Representatives Devon Wood and Tom Moore at the Clarinda Lied Public Library on March 21 at 10 a.m. for the final 2026 Legislative Briefing.

CLARINDA, IA - The Clarinda Chamber of Commerce and Clarinda Economic Development Corporation will host the final legislative briefing of the 2026 session on Saturday, March 21, at 10:00 a.m. at the Clarinda Lied Public Library.

State Senator Tom Shipley, along with State Representatives Devon Wood and Tom Moore, are scheduled to attend. The representatives will provide updates on the current House and Senate agendas and participate in a Q&A session regarding issues impacting the local community and the state.

The event, located at 100 East Garfield Street, is free and open to the public.
